None of that is rolling coal. You seem to be under the impression that rolling coal is merely a smoky diesel engine. You are wrong.
Rolling coal is the practice of intentionally disabling the Clean Burn Programming of a computer controlled diesel engine , so that the vehicle can emit an under-aspirated sooty exhaust that visibly pollutes the air. It also may include the intentional removal of the particulate filter . [1] Practitioners often additionally modify their vehicles by installing smoke switches and smoke stacks.
It’s all about intent and how the rolling coal owners intentionally try to get the thickest possible soot/smoke they can. Even to the point of endangering other motorists by severely obstructing vision.
Rolling coal is not just a “dirty” diesel engine.
